Are the embroidery included in the prices in the online store?

A

All products include a name or monogram embroidery.  There are some products that also allow you to add an embroidery design to your cart at no additional charge.  Read the product description to see what the item includes.  If it says:   

  • Name or Monogram included.  Please included monogramming information in the Instructions area when adding item to cart.

that item only includes the name or monogram.  If it says:

  • Name or Monogram & one embroidery design included.  Please included monogramming information in the Instructions area when adding item to cart.  If you'd like an embroidery design included with name or monogram please select it from the Embroidery Designs area and add it to your cart.

that item includes both the name/monogram and a design from the Embroidery Designs section of our Online Store.

Can you embroider a product that I already purchased, or do I have to buy the products from you?

Yes we can embroider it for you!  Although we have a wide variety of blank items available for purchase, you can ship your items to us and we can embroider them for you.  Pricing information available here.  Contact us with any other questions.

Can you embroider just one item that I already have?

A

We embroider everything!  Whether you want one item or 100 items embroidered, we can do it!

Can you turn my company logo into an embroidery?

A

We specialize in digitizing services that can turn your logo into an embroidery.  You would need to email us a computer image of the logo and we use that image to design an embroidery pattern for you.  We would email you a sample of what your embroidery would look like for pre-approval.

How much would it cost to have my design embroidered?

A

Embroidery prices are based on the difficulty of digitizing an image and the stitch count of the finished embroidery pattern.  We offer very competitive prices and would be able to give you an estimate of cost per item before starting on your order.

Can I return an item?

A

Most items purchased at The Gray Oak may be returned for exchange, credit or refund within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

Merchandise must be in like-new condition with the original packaging materials.

Personalized items are not eligible for return.  Because our products are custom created for you, we do not accept returns on these items.  If the item is defective or we made a mistake personalizing your item, we'd be happy to replace your item.
